Tell me how bad this is (regards to patching holes before a move out)

so we are moving out of our home and we wanted to patch all the holes from pictures etc.

i ordered paint samples in the wall colors and painted over the patching areas.

one of the colors i ordered was wrong- as in my memory was no so keen.

there are a few brush strokes of the darker color on the wall in one of the bedrooms.

what can/will my buyers do?

also- the paint samples are sliiiiiightly lighter than the paint in the other rooms.

you only see it when a light is shined on it, but once you notice it, its pretty noticible.

how bas is this?

does everyone patch holes before moving out?

does everyone touch up paint?

can my buyers ask for an additional credit at closing? :(

When we bought our home the sellers left huge holes in the walls where the tvs were mounted...I say you're fine, an it wasn't even necessary.

They're going to repaint the whole house most likely anyway, so it's not going to matter....

If they ask for a credit that's absurd, I wouldn't agree to it. If they are that unhappy they can repaint it themselves for 50 bucks. I doubt it will even come up...

Unless they have been nit picky during the purchase process I would not worry.

When we bought our house there weren't many holes in the walls, but they took out a light fixture in one of the bedrooms and just left a hanging light. It annoyed me but I wasn't going to fight them over it. Not worth it.
