what do you stuff your turkey with? and do you tie it up? HELP
okay. i never made turkey before and im hearing conflicting things
what do i stuff it with? celery, oranges, seasonings?
am i supposed to then tie the hole up? how? i didnt even consider that until i just read something online
help!!!!

I stuff mine with oranges and lemons. I season it with: orange peel, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. I truss my turkey with twine.
Underneath the bird I have a rack. Under the rack I cut potatoes, celery and carrots. I use that as the basis for my gravy.
