1st Appt with Dr. San Roman (what to expect)
Hi ladies, I am new to this board. I have an appt with Dr. San Roman on 12/7. I have no idea what to expect. DH and I have been trying unsuccessfully for 1 year to conceive another baby. I used OPK's got smileys, have regular periods but no luck.
Any advice for the 1st visit?

He is my primary dr. as well...they will take blood for genetic testing and basically go over your history. Pretty straight forward...ask as many questions as possible...Good luck!!!

As a former patient of RSofNY, it's been my experience that you need to be your own advocate. I would recommend some of the books out there that give an overview of IF so you can go in with eyes open and keep your doctor on his toes.
