A little later than I would have hoped but she is signing an 18 month lease!

Her credit came back ok but she makes a good living. Nothing is perfect, she isn't and neither am I or my condo.
I just have to check her references and get pay stubbs.
Fingers crossed.

Income checks out. Now to call her landlord. She's been there 6 years, I doubt he will say anything that will make me change my mind.
Move in Dec 16.
