There is hope for underwater!- closing on our refi
So happy to say that our Refi went through!! We have a mortgage and HELOC, which together = 118% LTV
We are refinancing under the HARP program. We needed the HELOC to subordinate, which I never thought they would, but they did!
We are going to a 20 year loan and getting a 4.5% rate from 6.625% and saving over $200,000 over the life of the loan!!!!
So excited, and our payment goes down @ $130 a month. Went through Quicken loans- they were great!
