-steamed string beans (just add butter)

-mashed potatoes

-mashed sweet potatoes

-stuffing... you can totally prepare it the night before then stuff some in the turkey the morning of (if you want) and keep some in an oven save dish to just pop in the oven. its actually really quick and easy to make...but if you want it to be real easy you can do stove-top

-you could totally get away with using a frozen veggie...(i.e., brussel sprouts and cooking them in the microwave)

-buy gravy packets or pre-made gravy

Also... you can even pre-order certain sides from a store to make it easier for you!

My friend just gave me a recipe for a corn souffle! IT was really good when she had made it last year. Seems super easy too!

CORN SOUFFLE
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream corn
1 stick butter
1 Box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Grease dish and Pour corn mixture into dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
