Any relief for soreness?
OMG i can NOT take this boob soreness. I'm sitting at work at my desk and literally want to CRY! It's been off and on the last few weeks. Now it's even worse!
It's so painful! And if i touch them it's even worse. Any thing to relieve this feeling? I'm about to get a cup of hot water and just place it on my chest! Just hope no one walks past my desk!!

this is not the soreness i was expecting..i wasgoing to suggest preseed
instead,ill suggest a sportsbra over your reg bra - that usually helps me!

LOL!!!! Maybe I'll have to try a sports bra-didn't even think of that. I have a very supportive bra on today.
