Pumpkin Pie recipe?
DS and I are going to make 1 or 2 pumpkin pies together on Sunday to bring to preschool on Monday. Anyone have a good recipe? I love everything pumpkin, EXCEPT for pumpkin pie, so I usually make pumpkin cheesecake. I'm guessing that won't be as loved by the kiddies

I always make the recipe on the back of the Libbys canned Pumpkin. I think its the best and if you buy the large can, it will make 2 pies. Just make sure you buy enough evaporated milk !
