If you go to LI IVF...
Does anyone know if December is a black out month, where they don't do any fresh IVF cycles?

Their labs shut down in August. I don't know about December.

yea.. ECF merged with them and they said they close for 2 weeks in Dec... Why do they do this?

I'm not positive - I *think* it's for IVF procedures, but I'm not sure. I went for blood work this morning at Lake Success and asked the nurse about when they close in December and she wasn't sure - I'm hoping Dr. Brenner gives me a definite answer when he calls with my beta results (which I know are negative  )

I beleive it's only for IVF..that happened to me last year. I ended up getting pushed out to Jan/Feb.

I got pushed into September when they closed in August. It stinks, but in the grand scheme of things, it is only a couple of weeks pushed back.
