Does anyone resist the urge to POAS before AF is due?

I'm driving myself crazy. The first month of TTC, I swore I was pregnant. I had the same symptoms that I had when pregnant with DS plus I had waves of nausea. By the time I actually tested, I had just started spotting and AF fully arrived later that day. Part of me wonders whether it may have been an early chemical or my body playing tricks on me.

Now, I'm 12 DPO in month #2. I'm having some of the same symptoms, but not as strong. I'm trying to not let myself get my hopes up. This is the first month I've ever charted. I'm trying not to give in to my urge to test. I just don't want to be disappointed with a BFN again.

Do you resist the urge to test? If you test at all, how many DPO do you wait to test?

I dont test at all. I always get AF at 12DPO so I figure if I don't get it by 13DPO thats when I'll test.

i never test before 10 dpo..

but after almost 2 years u lose the urge to test

I don't test. Just wait until AF shows up which has been like clock work. This is only my 3rd month off BC and 1st month BD during "O" but the last two months just "winging "it I refused to test b4 AF was due. I plan to try to keep this up.
I don't have a dollar tree store or whatever its called by me to POA$$$$$S lol.

according to ff i have a lp of 12-15 days so for me i will test 16-17 dpo.

plus im cheap

for me, testing is part of the fun. i tested @ 12dpo with my last pregnancy.
