Re: Red Velvet Brownies!

For the Brownies:

1 box red velvet cake mix
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup water
1 egg
3/4 cup butter melted

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons of butter softened
1/2 confectioners sugar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Put all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl and mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Add the chocolate chips in and mix them in until they are well blended.

Pour the batter into a well greased 8x11 pan and bake for 45 minutes. When you take the brownies out of the oven they will seem like they are still undercooked. As they cool on the counter the middles will continue cooking a bit and you will end up with a rich fudgy brownie.
