For lunch I usually eat leftovers. On the weekend we eat veggies burger in a wrap, hummus with veggies/ pita or chips. Sometimes we make burritos for lunch. I have been into chili with w/ tortilla chips too.

Avocado sandwich with vegan mayonaise is delish!! and whole foods pad thai frozen dinner i eat a lot for lunch its delicious and filling!

Not a vegan bc I eat fish, but my lunch is usually a hummus and cucumber sandwich, a sunflower seed butter and jelly sandwich, or pasta leftovers.

I am so afraid to try vegan mayo! Does it taste like real mayo? Does it have the same consistency?
