I'm not a big drinker to begin with. Maybe a few nights a week I'll have a glass of wine with dinner, and that's about it. I have continued with that during 2ww's since it's not much. But if I was going out with friends or to a wedding or something, I would probably pass on harder mixed drinks if I was in my 2ww.
