Alcohol and temping
Can drinking 2 glasses of wine affect your temperature? I am on cd 19 today. Yesterday my temp dropped from 97.50 to 97.27. I went out last night and had 2 glasses of wine. This morning my temp was 97.92. I haven't gotten a positive opk so I don't know if the alcohol caused it.
I know I have to see what happens the next few days but I wanted to see what you girls think.

Two glasses of wine wouldn't affect your temp that drastically. But if the alcohol was responsible, don't worry. See what your temps do over the next few days. It's the overall pattern that matters, not one individual temperature.

One thing I had to learn about temping is that you probably should not jump to conclusions when you see something. If that same exact thing happened again and you notice a pattern then that would be the time to make a connection.
