what are the rates for mortgage on a 2nd property?
Like if you buy a vacation home.
What type of loan do you get? 30, 20, 15 year fixed?

You would get a normal mortgage, but you should really talk to an accountant if you are thinking about purchasing a second home.
There are a number of things that need to be taken into consideration regarding taxes and limiting your tax liability.

We've been looking to refinance our condo (rental property) recently and we've been given rates between 4% and 4.75% depending on the life of the loan.
