Our friends have one with a loveseat for YEARS and it's great..we can vouch because we have visited them several times during those years and the couch/loveseat are great..I think they have the Ektorp

We do, it's the ektorp with loveseat. We just got it, but my parents have the same one at their beach house and love it. I wanted a couch with a slipcover, so it's easy to clean, and I like change the colors based on the season. We have white and grey, but my parents have many covers for theirs.

We have the Ektorp sofa, and just this weekend went to JC Penney to buy a new sofa. Our Ektorp is about 5 1/2 years old, and all the springs have popped. Only one cushion is usable at this point.

Until this happened, I loved it. We would have even considered a new one, if I liked the colors of the slipcovers they are offering now. The actual sofa cushions are very sturdy and supportive. I love the clean lines of it and it was always very comfy.

We have a leather one from a few years back. I is "L" shaped. It is so comfy and we get so many compliments on it, we love it.

Back in the day, I had a cheapie coach that they sell in my studio apartment and for as cheap as it was, I did find it quite comfy. The only problem I had is I bought it in white, big mistake once I got a puppy.
