I wouldn't say he is gray yet.
He's got some but not extremely noticable. He's got a few that grow in his goatee that are noticable.
He's been thinning for quite a few years now. Just recently he decided to NOT cut his hair, well, it got SO long and unmanagable for work, that he got it trimmed. He said that he is having his last HORAH before it all falls out.
I feel so bad for him. He gets so depressed. His brother was completely bald by the time he was 25, so I think my DH has a better chance of keeping it longer considering he is going to be 31 and still has lots of hair!

He has a little patch. Sometimes it seems there is more than others. But he doesn't seem to worry about it. Although he won't talk about it. His dad still has a full head of hair, but went completely gray pretty early. So we will wait and see.

he's salt/pepper on the sides, and i've noticed a few on top. I love it!! He's not too upset. He's thrilled to just have hair!!!

he has a few over his whole head...they are the ones i gave him btw..
he's only 23-almost 24.
his brother is bald and only 22...so hes thankful for those 10 gray hairs

DH's hair has been gray since high school. A little salt and pepper on the sides when he was 17!!
It's been more and more gray every year. He doesn't really mind at all, so neither do I.

He has some strands here and there but it is a nice THICK and FULL head of hair. We both have a lot of thick hair. Grey you can always cover.
Not bad for a 37 year old.
