My mother in law is making it this year because I will be having surgery a few days before but I have to cook some of the veggies.
We have:
hummus and veggies
Soup (butternut squash, pumpkin or matzah ball)
Turkey
Brisket
Butternut Squash or Pumpkin Rissoto (for all us vegans)
Asparagus with garlic and lemon
String bean casserole
Mac and Cheese
Mashed potatoes
Corn Bread
Stuffing
Vegan pie
fruit
Pie w/ ice cream
HTH

I am hosting my first thanksgiving this year!
I am having 20 people, so i am gonna assign each couple something to make or bring.
So far i have
2 kinds of stuffing one with sausage one without
Corn pudding
Carrot & Raisin casserole
mashed potoatoes
sweet potoatoes (ruth chris recipe)
Mac and Cheese

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I am obsessed.
Here is what we do:
Appetizers:
-Stuffed Mushrooms (plain)
-Stuffed Mushrooms (with chestnuts - so good!)
-Cranberry Nut Baked Brie
-Cheese Platter
-Fruit Platter
-Bread/Cracker Platter
-Olive Tapenade
-Vegetable Platter with dip (different each year)
First Course:
-Butternut Squash Soup
-Tossed Salad
Main Course + Sides:
-Turkey
-Fresh Whole Cranberry Sauce
-Canned Jellied Cranberry Sauce
-Gravy
-Applesauce
-Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallow Topping
-Mashed Yams and Apples
-Baked Acorn Squash
-Garlic Mashed Potatoes
-Turkey Sausage and Chestnut Stuffing
-Plain Stuffing
-String Bean Casserole
-Candied Carrots
-Assorted Freshly Baked Rolls
-Pickles (Sour and Half-Sour)
Desserts:
-Apple Pie (with vanilla ice cream)
-Pumpkin Pie
-Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Thanksgiving is my fave! I host Thanksgiving dinner every year. I am expecting 15-20 people + 3 kids.
I don't really have apps, I just have chips and dip out for when guests arrive.

Traditional Turkey
Spanish Turkey with Chickpea Stuffing
Dijon Maple Honey Ham
Bread Stuffing
Rice Stuffing
Yams
Mashed Potatoes
Corn Pudding

Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms
Antipasta platter
1st Course:
Carrot Ginger soup
Salad
Dinner:
Turkey (Alton Brown's recipe)
Creamed spinach
Cornbread stuffing
Green bean casserole
Homemade mac & cheese
sweet potatoes with marshmallows
Zucchini pie
Brown sugar glazed baby carrots
Dessert:
Pumpkin Bars
Pies from White Post Farms
