Caramel Apple Pork Chops
This was REALLY good, and DH was a big fan. I had to add extra brown sugar and butter to make more sauce because it definitely didn't make enough, but other than that, they were delish. I served them with green beans and bacon and cheese baked potatoes.

Did you bake them or put them in the pan?

Both. Pan seared first then put in the oven

Re: Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I actually did this recipe twice in the last 2 weeks and is sooo easy and yummy DH wants it as a weekly staple in our menu. I made brown wild rice as a side dish and it was perfect

Re: Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I've been making this recipe for years. Always after we come home from apple picking and I always pair it with red mash. So delish! And I always double the sauce
