WW - Cinnamon Apple Pork Chops
Has this recipe been posted before?
I've made it a few times and love it...and it is so easy

1LB Boneless Pork Chops (i get medium thickness)
3tbs brown sugar 1tsp cinnamon 1/2tsp nutmeg 2 granny smith apples, thinly sliced - I use 1 per 4 chops and it was plenty 1tsp butter ====================
put a little pam or oil in a satuee pan heat on med-high - cook the chops, flipping occasionaly (about 5 mins)
remove chops to a plate and hold warm
mix in a bowl brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon
in the same pan you cooked the porkchops in, pour the sugar mixture, sliced apples (i slice a few pieces for show and dice the rest)and butter
heat on med flame until syrup forms...place chops back in pan and cook through, scoop the sugar/apple mixture over the chops and serve
