OPK - when to start?
Which cd do you start taking OPK's? I am thinking about using them this month. Today is cd5 for me and af has ended. TIA !

I have short cycles.
When I used to use them I would start at CD8 or CD9 and that's concidered "early".

if you have a normal 28 day cycle i would start testing on cd 10
per clearblue instructions if you have a 24 day cycle start on cd 9

i have 30 day cycles and always O around CD16 and I start on CD10 ... GL!

The CBE says to start on the 6CD. I started at about 7 days. But if you know your cycle you may be able to start a little later.

ita...all depends on your cycle but i think cd 10 is a good day to start unless u have short cycles
