Ladies, please be careful - there's a nasty stomach bug going around

DH and I were so sick yesterday. I was throwing up every hour on the hour for about 15 hours yesterday. He had issues with the opposite end (sorry TMI) and ran a bit of a fever. My temp, thankfully, never went above 100 and 2 reg strength tylenol kicked it right out. I spoke to my OB yesterday and he said there was something going around and to just ride it out and stay hydrated. He did say he would admit me today for IV fluids if it didn't pass after 24 hrs or if my fever spiked. Luckily for me it did pass and the fever never went up. I've been living on ice pops, lolipops and gatorade. It def wasn't food poisoning bc Thurs night we had 2 completly different dinners. We were at the MD Wed night and think it may have been picked up there bc it hit us at the exact same times. I know there's little to do to prevent it but I just wanted to give you all a heads up. Wash your hands, use antibcaterial, whatever you have to do. Because its BAD and I would hate for anyone else to feel like that, especially being pregnant!
