wwyd? I left ricotta, mozzarella and eggs in my car by accident for 3 hrs....
Forgot some items in my car for about 3 hrs today. Not too too hot out, but car wasnt cold.
WWYD? Would you eat ricotta, mozzarellla or eggs that were not refrig for 3 hrs?

How's the weather in NY right now?
I would keep the eggs (were they like room temperature when you got to them?) and probably toss the rest just to be safe.

I guess being that the sun wasnt out and it was kinda cold today (to me it was cold out) LOL......I would say to keep it.
You can always smell the Ricotta. It will smell sour but I bet they are all fine.

They are fine. The stuff is NOT out in the fridge in the supermarket when it comes in. Totally fine, and even if you dont eat them tomorrow. You will know just by smell if the cheeses are bad.
