Re: OPK question
I've heard people buy the dollar store OPK's and then once they get a darker line they use the smiley face OPK's until a smiley comes up. But I don't use either so this is only heirsay!

I would definitely try that. Im going to see an RE in 2 weeks. I was hoping to get in sooner so we can discuss Clomid this cycle. Now if I miss the window I'll have to wait another 60 days to begin the first round since I heard you have to take it within the first few days of the cycle.
And today is my 36th birthday so Im readyyyy to try anything

Re: OPK question
i would order the wondfo ones off amazon. I ordered a pack of 50 for like, less than $10 and use those.. once I get unsure if its positive I'll use the digital ones to confirm. Good luck!

Re: OPK question
I'm pretty sure youve mentioned that you have pcos, in that case your best bet would be temping. All the crazy hormones can give you false positives.

Yep, I do which is why I dont even understand my gyn telling me to do the OPK .. On the box it says PCOS may not get correct readings.
Okay, so about temping .. what do I have to do? Sorry if thats a dumb question, this is all very new to me.

I have no clue about temping since my re does eveything thru sonos and blood. But I think the pinned post up top has info on temping.

Re: OPK question
To be a libra & 36. Cant get any kooler than that
As for tempin i suggest you set up an ac with fertility friend. That site tells u everything about tempin & also a great calendar to keep track

Re: OPK question
this was he reason i stopped opk's..until i saw my RE
it was too expensive and i never knew if the positive(which i got like once) was even real bc of the PCOS
i would just bd every other day as much as u can
or use them in one month and when u see when u ovulated that month go around that the next
good luck!

Re: OPK question
If you have PCOS maybe see a RE. I just leave it up to them to monitor my cycles!! Also, they shorten them for me with clomid and hcg so I don't have 60 day cycles.
