Had another sono...
And there are no more twins.. But ya know what, I'm totally fine with it.. I'm a little upset but in all reality I'm relived b/c I didn't know how in the world I would do it with a 4 year old and 14 month old by the time they would be born, I guess you can say it's bitter sweet.. But I am extremely happy that  is measuring perfectly at 7w1d and has a hb of 130

the same thing happened to me after my IVF. first sono 2 sacs, unevenly sized, one with a heartbeat and one no heartbeat. a week later one sac grew and the other stayed the same and was empty. the one sac is now my 4m old DD. at 20w the second sac was still there but tiny.
its def bittersweet but i have a healthy DD from that pregnancy and although two for the price of one is sweet, she is more than i could have ever hoped for!! def FM if you want, its natural to feel disappointment. wishing you an uneventful healthy pregnancy for !!

Oh Im sorry for the loss of the one twin but Im so happy that other is doing so great and is strong and healthy!!  I hope you feel better too and that the zofran helps!

I never had a hb on one baby and at 9 weeks lost it as well. its bitter sweet
ETA- its totally normal to feel dissapointed, sometimes I still do

It must be hard to deal with the excitement of one healthy LO and the loss of another at the same time. So glad you have one perfect little peanut though!
