Is your house located in Mineola or GC? I didn't know Mineola had a Motts section and I immediately thought it looked like a house from GC.
Gorgeous house, I am sure it will go fast.

Mineola has a Motts Section that is across the street from Garden City's Motts Section. It is off of Old Country Road in this adorable neighborhood.
