We have a heartbeat!
Well, crazy morning. My sonogram wasn't supposed to be until Monday, but when I woke up this morning, I was bleeding. It was more than spotting and red.
The RE told me to come in, and for blood and a sono. The PA did my sono and said all she saw was brown blood - I know I saw red, but she said everything looked ok. Then she saw the flicker of a heartbeat! 
I go back again on Monday to see the doctor. Hopefully things continue to look good, although I have come to the conclusion that I will not feel at ease until the baby is in my arms!!!
