Looks like my first round of clomid was a success
Went for a sono today....he sees an egg....it's a little small right now but in 2 days i should be ovulating.
I don't wanna get my hopes up but this is the best month for me to get pregnant being a teacher at a new job and having a July baby

15 is still too small to fertilize. mature follies are generally considered at least at 18 for a medicated cycle and somewhere closer to 20 on a nonmedicated cycles.
also while they grow anywhere from 1-2mm a day and it depends whether you are doing a medicated cycle or not. they grow quicker on meds then not.
there is def no guarantee that a 12 will mature in 2 days. theres never a guarantee that any follie will mature, esp on clomid. mine all stalled at 12 or so on clomid, never got any bigger. depends on what your issue is but ovulation is never a guarantee with clomid either. sometimes a trigger shot is given to make ovulation occur if your natural LH isn't getting the job done (tends to happen with PCOS). but the follies have to grow big enough before a trigger shot will give you a good shot at getting pregnant.
sorry to be a downer, just thought you should know the facts on fertility meds that doctors dont always tell you...
