red velvet truffle

I am making red velvet truffle but all the recipes say to use the can cream cheese frosting.... I would like my own using cream cheese. Anyone have a recipe??

i usually just cream together cream cheese, butter, conf sugar, milk and vanilla. Sometimes i leave out the butter, sometimes i use heavy cream instead of milk, depends on my mood and what i have in the house.
