WWDD - Job Related
I am the primary breadwinner for DH and I have a fairly stressful job with long hours. I didn't realize that work travel might interfere with our TTC.....I think I may have to out of town while I'm Oing next month. Would you make up an excuse for not being able to travel then? I am 34 and feel liike every month that goes by is so precious and want at least a chance to get preggo.

I would not make up an excuse. I would just deal with missing a month.
I traveled during my TTC and had a few times where I might have missed the "perfect" days but its life and things can and will get in the way. There is no guaranty that if you stayed home it would happen that month for you anyway.
Do not jeopardize your job for one month.

I wouldn't make up an excuse. When you do get pregnant you want to know you have a safe and secure job to support your LO!! Don't risk it.

Re: WWDD - Job Related
that's a tough one...I can understand not wanting to miss a chance to get pregnant and then having to wait another month. But if you and your DH depend on your job, then you probably shouldn't make up an excuse unless you're sure it won't jeopardize your job. Just a thought...I don't know how far away you have to travel, but would there be any way your DH could tag along so you two could make a mini trip out of it as well? Or even if he just hangs out and does his own thing while you're working and then he'll be there with you when you're O'ing?
