What is going on here?

I posted the other day about getting a VERY faint line on both the FRER and the dollar tree tests. The day after, I tested again and got a slightly darker line on the dollar tree test, the same very light line (almost not there) on the FRER and a negative on the digital. I tested today, 13dpo (I think - I had a FET transfer on 9/23) and both the dollar tree and FRER have NOTHING Chat Icon I think there might be the tiniest shadow of a line on the FRER (but my eyes could be deceiving me) but there is NOTHING on the dollar tree. What is going on? I had some hope but now I'm not sure Chat Icon How could I get a light lines one day, and nothing today???

Re: What is going on here?

I'm sorry, it is so frustrating to not be able to figure out what's going on. Honestly, I think there are so many possible factors to explain what is going on- defective tests, low beta due to a late implanter, evap lines, etc. I would call the doctor and request a beta ASAP so you'll know exactly what is going on. I hope this is it for you.

If you had lines before and have none now, there's a good chance you had a chemical pregnancy. Sorry Chat Icon

That's what I was fearing Chat Icon

The lines were super, super light so maybe my levels were very low to begin with, and that's why I'm not testing positive now. Is there any way the doctor can diagnose a chemical pregnancy with a beta test?

I would really call the doctor and tell them what is happening. Request they move up your beta. If you are having a chemical, they could possibly see that in the blood work, with low and decreasing beta levels. It is worth knowing what is going on in case there is something they can do or for next time.

I've had two chemicals and my regular OB sent me for testing the day I called concerned that my HPTs were getting lighter.
