Holbrook Girls....Jiangs Asian Fusion??
Does anyone know the website as I see there was a grand opening this weekend and I swear I got the website correct but it does not come up.

I grabbed a take out menu. Its outside their door. Its chinese, thai and japanese. Chinese is pretty standard stuff, Thai and Japanese look interesting. I should have peeked in. Place is kinda small to have anything all that interesting inside but who knows.

My coworker brought me a menu. Sorry, I totally forgot to post!!
She had sushi and said it was very good.

I peeked inside. It is nice, but very small. Dark seating, dark wood, clean lines. Very nice. Obviously this place can't seat a lot of people which will be interesting as there are no thai or japanese in the vicinity. So If they are good, your are going to have to go early or do take out.

Ok, so we did take out last night. Heres my critique...
I will assume its just what we had but it was nothing fabulous at all. In fact, when I eat take out I kinda want the taste to be incredible even if it has to have more calories. My food tasted totally like diet food. We ordered Terryaki chicken, rice, japanese salad, and seafood soup. Terryaki chicken was cut up chicken breast in slices in the most sparing veggies (onions mainly) with a sprinkle of terrykaki sauce over it. The rice was plain and bland. They forgot the salad. The seafood soup capital S SUCKED! They took a thick broth and threw a bunch of cut up fake crab meat and it was swimming on the top. There were like 5 krill like shrimp in total and maybe 3 pieces of scallop. Perhaps, what I ordered wasnt their specialty. Maybe they are better at sushi/chinese. who knows. Just my small review. I will probably try chinese one time and if its the same, I will call it quits. China four is awesome

Thanks for the review!! My family would mostly only eat the chinese anyway so eventually we will try it but we also go to China 4 and like it there. We loved Dah How when it was there and the kids still ask about them-lol!!

Ohhhh. Not liking what I'm hearing. We wouldn't do chinese b/c we also use China 4 but I would go for Sushi. We will probably try the sushi on Saturday. Hopefully it's better. Princess P you should show them your review. Being new and all they may step up their game.

I stopped in to get a menu too - it looked really nice - like a mini Aji 53.
I can't wait to try the sushi. I really hope its good b/c its on the (long) way home from daycare

Ok, we tried Jians yesterday. My husband and I both ordered sushi. Overall it was pretty good, though DH said the spicy tuna roll wasn't that great, but he did eat it all. I had the double roll and spicy salmon. Both were tasty. DH had a tempura roll w/ tuna (forgot the name) and he liked it alot. Interested in tasting their thai food.
