well I saw both those houses...
the one in foreclosure doesnt look as awful from the outside as i thought - and its not on holbrook road, its on the corner of holbrook road and halfcircle drive (its actually on halfcircle drive). I think FH is going to call the realtor and see if we can get inside (we werent 100% sure if it was occupied or not...)
it definitely needs a lot of work but the house is very big.
the second one, on holbrook road, was actually sold. i can't believe it, it is awful looking compared to the pic on MLS - and its sooo close to the lie you can see it from the driveway. oh well, theres a buyer for every house!

That 2nd house was really nice - on the inside. they used to have pics for it. and it is huge!! so even though the location was not the best, it's a lot of house for the money.
