When to BD?
Is it best to  every day or every other day ?

If you know that your DH has no known sperm issues you can BD as much as you'd like. However, must women (Im assuming) every other day until they hit their fertile window then they for a few days straight.

I am in my fertile window now and I don't want to miss a chance ! lol. But I also don't want to screw myself by making his sperm count lower if we bd every day during the fertile window. I don't know if DH has any sperm issues. We got preggo on the first month of trying a few months ago, which ended up in a m/c. This is our first time ttc again and we are very anxious.

I went through the same thing. Last time we BD'd the night before and the day of Ovulation. I ended up pregnant too and it was our first month ttc but ended in mc too. This is our first month trying as well and I don't want to screw anything up this time. I probably wont do it every day until I know I am ovulating.Then I will probably do it every day.

We were BD every other day until I spoke to my doctor. She said to count 10 days after my period starts and do it everyday for 7 days. She said the whole things about doing it every other day so the man builds up sperm is false since all it takes is one single sperm. That was in July and we are still not pregnant yet, but we still do it everyday 10 days after my operiod.

I used the CBEFM and once it said high we for 6 days straight and got our BFP
