My GYN referred me to...
Dr. Hershalg of NSUH...he says that he is one of the best...anyone else on here go there? I called and left a message to make my 1st appt.
Any opinions on him or the fertility center?

I've never seen him, but he was going to be my next stop if I went for another consult. I've only heard good things. Everyone says he is a truly nice man. Oh, and he's Natalie Portman's father.

I was a patient of Dr. Scholl's there. I did see Dr. Hershlog once and loved him!! Good Luck! I loved all the nurses and everyone over there.

He was on my short list as well but I didn't end up seeing him. There are lots of girls on here who give him great reviews.

I heard very good things about him. I was going to switch to him when the whole Dr. B insurance issue came about, but I had OON benefits.

Dr. Hershlag was my RE and I was so happy with him and all of the other doctors I saw there. They have great hours for blood work and monitoring and the nurses were great too. I am currently 28 weeks pregnant  thanks to him. Good luck!

I saw Dr. Cohen at North Shore. Dr. Hershlag was one of the only docs I didn't see there when I was cycling but everyone I did see was great! Overall I had a very positive experience. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant  Good Luck!!!

Thanks everyone!!! I am in the 2 ww now with the last round of clomid and I am not very hopeful since I dont beleive I O'd...I hope I get an appt. so I dont miss a month.

My gyn referred me to them too........except she recommended Dr. Rosenfeld who I've been seeing.
I havent met any of the other doctors yet.
I'll start monitoring probably next month.

I go to this practice as well. I see Dr Scholl since I am an IVF patient. I did see Dr Herslag last cycle(currently on cycle 2) for monitoring and he is really sweet and knowledgeable you are in good hands.
