what is your go-to seasoning
When cooking chicken or pork?
Sometimes I use adobo, or this seasoning I got at Trader Joes, I think it's called Everyday Seasoning.
Sometimes I just use oregano, salt and pepper.
You?

I have a shaker that I picked up at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I will often make a batch and then cover the top with wax paper and secure with a rubber band before screwing on the shaker top. Without the wax paper it gets clumped up for some reason!
