mmr and cruise
going on a cruise tomorrow. freaking out. so nervous bringing my 18 month old ds. he dpes not sit stil and doesnt sleep in pnp. im so scared. but anyways, i jiust realized he hasnt had his mmr yet. do u think hes ok going on a cruise without it? too late now but i guess im just looking for reassurance. im so nervous; did i mention that? lol.

We took ds on a week long cruise to Bermuda for his 1st birthday (without his MMR) and he was fine  Try to relax & have fun!!

DD went on her first cruise at 8 months old, so obviously she did not have her MMR yet as she was to young. It was fine for us. I hope all is well and you have a great trip.

I think these are the meanings:
MMR=measles mumps rubella shot
PNP=pack and play

MMR is a vaccine (mumps, measles and rubella) and PNP is a pack n play (playpen).
To the OP, your LO just might surprise you. When we went away with DD (at 19 mos) I was worried too since we would be using the hotel crib. I thought for sure she would not sleep well. But after spending all day at the beach and/or pool and running around she was always ready for bed. Napped and slept like a dream while we were away. Good luck!
