We always drove with the agent in their car.

Most of my clients have childern- so it makes sense for them to follow me in their car with the proper seats etc
I have driven clients- but it usually works out with them following me
I also like them to be able to speak to each other inbetween houses- and I can take my phone calls (with my blue tooth) in between houses as well
I would never ask a client to drive- I need my nav, my blue tooth etc (and my supplies- flash light, measuring tape, files)
(I did have 1 investor who used to drive me in his truck b/c he would be filtlhy from working as a contractor and wouldn't want to get my car dirty and he would want to talk to me for an hour after each house and this just sped up the process)

we always took our own car, met the agent, and then would drive separately to each house
