A few questions - Oing
I know that this is my 2nd month actively TTC but I am a bit concerned...
I was diagnosed with having a prolactinoma and an elevated prolactin level. I took medicine daily, AF was regular, I got pregnant with DD pretty quickly.
After having DD in July of 2009 through March of 2011 I had only had AF twice. I was given Provera to jump-start my cycle - which did not work. My endocrinologist upped my meds and I have gotten AF April through August...cycle lengths anywhere between 21 days and last cycle was 41 days.
I tracked at least twice a day with OPK's last month and got nothing even close to resembling a smiley or double lines. Now this month I'm on CD19 and still no smiley or double lines.
How long do I let this go on before I go see my ob/gyn?
What do you think she will say? I'm afraid that I'll go a couple of months with no O and then when I get to see her she'll tell me to wait another couple of months so that she can see if I O and then it'll be a year from now of just tracking a nonexistent O 
What testing and treatment is there for people who don't ever O?

Clomid!! It makes you O.. It's the most common drug.

true they will prob start u with this but it will not make u ovulate
i did 5 rounds of this and never responded

i alsowanted to add that i would call ur doc and see if u can go in for blood to def see if u r ovyulating and maybe look into temping

not necessarily.... it just helps you produce mature follicles... i need a trigger shot on clomid cycles to induce O
also to the OP find out what your estrogen levels are too... i had the same issue (no AF) and it turned out my estrogen was too low to build a lining up... once i took estrogen and then provera I got AF..

i wouldnt wait and go to the Dr soon since you had a pre-existing issue the last time you TTC.
i also agree with the other posters on clomid. i didnt respond to it either. if you aren't Oing due to hormonal issues clomid alone may not help because you aren't addressing the hormonal issues. on the flip side, addressing the hormonal issues alone could jumpstart ovulation. either way i would definitely see your OB or whoever treated you last time. if they want you to wait longer i would see an RE.

In the midst of my angst, I finally got my smiley this morning!
Hopefully this is our cycle!
