If you're regular, but missed AF and got BFN

At what point do you go get a blood test?

I'm pretty regular, 27 day cycle, and it's now day 29 and no AF so far.

When should I go see my gyno to get a blood test? I've heard it's possible to get preggo and not get a BFP, is that really possible?

My Dr wouldnt see me unitl I was at least a week late.

And you are TTC nothing is normal anymore. I used to say that I had regualr cycles...28 days but once I started TTC I ended up havign a few that were 21 and soem that were 30+.

Nothing and everything is normal.

It's possible to get a BFN if you didn't use first morning urine or if you tested too early. I would wait a few days (5 days after missed period) and POAS again first thing in the morning. I asked my dr today about a doing bloodwork for pregnancy test but he said the results will take 3 days.... so by the time you schedule an appt and wait 3 days for the results I'm sure the OTC pregnancy test will have clear results.

While it's definitely possible to get a bfn and still be pregnant I've learned through my lonnnggg journey that nothing is normal anymore! Do you know when you ovulated? How long your LP usually is? You probably ovulated later than you thought and will prob get AF tomorrow or the next day.... Or not

I think I O'd on 9/8 but am not sure how long is the luteal phase. I guess it's diff. for everyone.. Argh, I guess if nothing happens by Sunday, I'll have to test again.
