Honestly, I would be surprised (and even a little bit concerned!) if a doctor let you trigger without being monitored. Not only can it be dangerous (you could have too many follies putting you at risk for high order multiples) but you could also be triggering with follicles that are not ready, putting the cycle to waste. Even if my some chance your doctor would allow this, I would NOT do it!! I know it stinks but you may just have to sit this one out.
