i feel like IF is taking over my life!

i know there's "baby brain" during pregnancy but is there "IF brain" during IF treatments?!?! for the first time EVER, i completely forgot yesterday was my brother's birthday. i mean, it never even occurred to me yesterday or leading up to it. my mom asked me this morning if i forgot his birthday and i was seriously confused and thought she was mistaken

And I thought I was the only one!!! Funny thing, yesterday was my brother's birthday and I forgot as well.

I am with you. I feel like I am so concentrated on what I have to for my IF treatments I'm constantly forgetting things, and its driving me crazy. I'll go to the store for something specific and I'll get there and forget its terrible.

I am going to with, it is totally natural, or at least that is what I like to tell myself.

Sometimes, no matter how hard you try not to think about it, you still do. This process is so frustrating, and the question of "why can't I get pregnant?", will always be there and at all times. I worry about, making sure I know when my next appt is, or did I take my pill, etc., that I forget about everything else. As unfortunate it is, you are not alone.
