bloating and weight gain during 2ww
Prior to going off BCP I would very rarely gain weight during AF and didn't bloat too much.
I noticed since we started TTC when AF comes I bloat alot. My stomach juts out and I look like I have a baby in there. I have been gaining about 3-4lbs during that week. I was wondering if anyone knew if this was normal? Is this because I'm maybe off BCP? Or can this be a side effect from the HCG trigger?
I feel so gross

I looked like that too each month. I took more meds than u but I think the trigger shot really messed wtih me.

if you are on any fertility meds, you will def bloat. the trigger shot can def be the cause.

Thanks ladies!! I take clomid for 3 days the beginning of my cycle and then get the trigger shot.
It's just so ridiculously annoying. I feel so fat. It just seems worse this month.

I got AF yesterday at 12DPO so today is CD2.
I'm hoping by tomorrow I'll be skinny again.

it is the meds..i have put on so much weight from them and the bloat is crazy

i agree it the meds..my first month on clomid, estrogen supps, etc i went back to the dr and i was up 7 lbs! in a freaking month!! i didn't change eating or anything and i exercise 6 days week, so i didn't know how it was possible so it had to have been the meds... BUT i just gotta tell myself if this is what it takes to get a BFP then it is going to be worth it in the end..

When I was on BCPs, I would lose a pound when I had AF. Now that I no longer take BCPs, I gain 3-4 pounds.
ETA: I am usually skinny again on CD 3.
