Thought not impossible I also dont think its very likely. That seems just a bit too early to me. Sometimes we can get CM throughout our cycles and it may mean nothing. Since you are on CD13-14 its possible you may just be ovulating a little later this month. Its good that you BD'd though, just in case. But I would still keep testing.
