Here is the dumbest question I'm ever gonna ask...
But with the winter fast approaching, I'm wondering if I can snowboard when I'm TTC or in my first tri?
I know after a certain point I won't want to, I am just wondering if its safe?

During ttc yes You can. During first tri I would ask your Dr. I wouldn't have but that was because most days I was just too sick or tired or both to do much more than drag myself to work.

you can excercise during first tri unless dr tells you not to.. imo snowboarding.... thats pushing it a bit..god forbid you fall kwim?

i say that bc my doc did not want me to play softball after a iui or 2 weeks after

During the 2ww or in ur first tri, u definitely want to ask the doc. My doc didnt wamt me horseback riding or white water rafting, just as a precaution.

honestly it probably depends on how good you are. and how much you fall. and how crowded it is wherever you're going. like, I wouldn't hit up hunter mountain on a saturday in january. i researched this a lot because we had a ski trip planned for when i was just over 6w. turns out that my morning sickness kicked in, full swing, while on that trip, so it was moot anyway.
i know people who have skiied in the first tri, and those who are adamant against it.

Not during the first trimester. I remember it being on a list of no no exercises along with skiing when I was pg with dd. The 2ww I am sure you can.

I wouldn't snowboard in the first tri... TTC, I don't see a problem though...
However, when I'm pregnant I plan on locking myself in a padded room like a delicate flower  So, I'm the wrong one to ask!!
