my pitty party is overrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!! 9/15 UPDATE
i was working out 4-5 days a week in the begining of the summer. i felt great!! i was cooking great food. eating small portions.
the second i found out about the fibroids exercise was not my friend. food was. still cooking healthy but eating largeeee portions.
when i found out about the polyp ice cream became another friend.
now my clothes are not fitting the way i want. im tried a lot. blah blah blah
so i told myself
wahhhhhhhhhhh i have fibroids
wahhhhhhhhhhh i have a polyp
wahhhhhhhhhhh i need a d&c
wahhhhhhhh wahhhhhhhh wahhhhhhhh
get your asssss back to normal!!! so many wonderful people have it worse than you!!! take control fatthead!!!!!!!!!
so heres to getting back on track
UPDATE- so i went to the gym this morning(5am wake up call) and man did it feel good!!! only did 30mins on the elliptical but i know i will pump it up soon.

This is what Im telling myself but when I talk to myself, I say fata$s not fatthead! lol
Im so done with not taking care of myself.. i feel so crappy and it makes everything 10 Xs worse. When I don't eat right I feel like my emotions are out of control and Im always tired.
