What are your thoughts on barn red siding?
I would do it in shaker style with white trim. Not sure on roof color yet. Be honest.

Nice but only if there is no brick on the home. Stone works great with red if you have stone though. JMO

i honestly love red and blue houses but you must be careful with the product. It must be guaranteed for fade resistance for at least 20+ years because I have seen it go to pinkish or for blue whitish.
As noted it depends on the style of your house.

but i think it depends on the type of house. if it has little architectural detail, I say no. The picture above is perfect for Barn Yard red!

I think its a bold color choice and I love it on the right style house. But since you're not looking to stay there, I would go with something more neutral that would appeal to a larger audience.

Personally I love it.
I know alot of people don't so if you're looking to move I'd stick with something more neutral.

I think its more a question of when, not if it will fade. 90% of the houses that are that red or dark blue seem to have at least 1 exposure that has faded.
