I have to toss this right?
I took a whole chicken out of the freezer last night to start to defrost. It was solid as a rock completely frozen. Well I fell asleep watching tv and left it out. I woke up in a panic remembering I never put it in the fridge.
It was still alittle cool, not warm but I still need to toss it right?

I would probably take my chances depending on how late you took it out last night.

Was it still sealed? I would prolly still eat it as long as it wasn't put out too early yesterday and we aren't having a heat wave.

I've done that before and haven't had any issues eating it provided it is still in the wrapping.

Oh great!I'm going to take my chances. It was still sealed and I only took it out around 10pm.

Re: I have to toss this right?
Absolutely not. I leave chicken out overnight all the time if it's completely frozen. I just put it in the fridge in the morning. Totally fine.
