I say Sayville. The commute for your husband alone would make Shoreham a no go for us. That's a lot of time spent commuting for both of you actually. I don't know much about Shoreham in terms of what it has to offer as a town/community, but Sayville is so cute and has such a nice small town america feel to it. I think it's a great place to have a family. All the bells and whistles can be added at a later time if they are important to you.

Well, I had the lawyer release the contracts and gave the down payment. Part of me cant believe Im doing this. I will miss my home :( Closing date is November 15th.

Agreed. You'd really be selling yourself short to even consider Shoreham. It seems like a no brainer decision!
