what to do with precooked chicken?
You know the chicken that's already grilled and cut in strips? What can you do with it for dinner besides put it on top of a green salad or put it in a sandwich?

You could grill it and put it with some sliced avocado and shredded, melted cheddar in pita bread. So delicious!

wraps with any fillings you like

DH made an awesome corn, black bean, green pepper, tomato & onion salad and we put it on a wrap with the chicken. All veggies from the garden or Lewins. So yummy!

Sometimes I mix it with some pasta and veggies with whatever sauce I have around.

serve w/ rice, salsa, corn, black beans - make a taco
put it in a cooked portabella mushroom cap with mozz. cheese and sauce
Someone posted a peanut butter noodle recipe the other day that used tofu, but I think the chicken would work too.

add it into soups.
put a sauce over it.
add it into penne alla vodka.
salads.
fajitas.
plain over a squash or mashed potatoes.
